"Escape to a heavenly corner of earth at the Vijitt Resort Phuket where the pace of life is slow and the scenery is simply breathtaking"

Situated on a tranquil beach away from the bustling tourist crowds, this luxury all-villa Phuket resort offers a rejuvenating retreat that exudes Thai charm.

The exquisite location of the Rawai hotel was handpicked for its outstanding natural beauty offering wide open spaces with tall swaying palms and lush green lawns that gently slope towards the Andaman Sea.

There are 92 stylish villas nestled along the beautiful beachfront and amongst the lush gardens and lagoon all enjoying marvellous views of the azure sea and offshore islands. The simple and chic design style is inspired by nature with many eco-friendly elements and local materials adding a rich character that is undoubtedly Thai.  The traditional wooden roof tiles, coconut and bamboo detailing and teak wood interiors are just a few of the charming Southern Thai touches adding to the unique appeal of this rejuvenating retreat. Many feature private sea-view plunge pools and all offer full a full range of modern amenities for comfort and convenience.

A combination of relaxation and activities makes the perfect holiday retreat, and at Rotunda, guests can spend time at the fitness centre, kid's club, Internet and library corner, and browse the gift shop. In the local area we organise nature inspired activities including beach walks, botanical walks and a rubber tapping experience, and for those that want to explore the island and its surrounding waters can arrange excursions at the informative tours desk.  Let the experienced spa therapists take you on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation at the luxurious V Spa located next to the lobby. Reminiscent of a rural Thai village, the treatment rooms and pavilions have traditional thatched roofs and are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. With an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, open-air massage beds and private treatment rooms, the V Spa provides a whole range of pampering treatments that relax and beautify from head to toe.

Phuket has a tropical monsoonal climate, with the rainy season beginning earlier than in northern Thailand, starting in May but generally ending late October. Apart from the period between mid-September and mid-October when the rain falls steadily, most monsoon days are rain-free save for showers in the afternoon. The best months to visit Phuket are from November to February, when temperatures are comfortable, skies are clear and blue and humidity is low. This is the high season, with the majority of visitors coming over for the Christmas and New Year period.
