Splash Jungle Water Park is Phuket’s biggest and best water park, full of excitement and with something for everyone. Take a ride on any of the 12 waterslides, including the huge and exhilarating Boomerango or the Super Bowl slide or splash in the 335-metres lazy river. The little ones can splash, play and slide in their own children’ pool, while the grown-ups can indulge at the SPA Cenvaree offering therapeutic massages and traditional aromatherapy. The large oval-shaped beach infinity pool overlooks the Andaman Sea and has a separate children’s pool and another swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi and jet streams is located amongst the guestrooms.  Youngsters will enjoy the kids’ club and daily activity programmes including an indoor Camp Safari for ages 4 to 9 years and a dedicated oversized water play area, while those in the 10 years and upwards age range have a separate E-Zone for games. Dining options include Sunset Breeze Restaurant & Bar where delectable international fares, Thai cuisine and wide-open views of the Andaman Sea come together. Azzurro is the resort’s Italian restaurant offering a selection of authentic dishes with a beachside setting while Suan Bua serves succulent Thai cuisine. Jungle Deli serves Thai specialities, pastries, ice creams and coffees and embodies the casual atmosphere of the resort.  Set in the heart of the water park is Coconut Café and Splash Bar, the resort’s swim-up pool bar. In-room dining includes Thai and international cuisines for those occasions when you want to chill out in peace and quiet or enjoy a barbecue in the privacy of your villa.

Phuket has a tropical monsoonal climate, with the rainy season beginning earlier than in northern Thailand, starting in May but generally ending late October. Apart from the period between mid-September and mid-October when the rain falls steadily, most monsoon days are rain-free save for showers in the afternoon. The best months to visit Phuket are from November to February, when temperatures are comfortable, skies are clear and blue and humidity is low. This is the high season, with the majority of visitors coming over for the Christmas and New Year period.
